Cannot Print Gradient or Lighter Colors

I have a SC-545EX PROII paired with VersaWorks 4.3. EcoSol MAX INk.

Whenever I have a project that has a gradient fading to white, or a graphic that i've dropped the opacity on below 25% shows up as pink.

The gradient will begin ok printing the darker color then fading to light pink.

This happens on any color that is used.

I've tried rasterizing, flattening, different save options, different setting in VW such as different media profiles and different head speeds.

I"ve been in touch with Roland and they suggested doing a good manual clean, which i've done 4 times nows. After a print test which doesn't seem to be getting better, it appears the light cyan head is going as the drop out is about 30-40%.

Has anyone experienced this? whats a works around?

THanks

What design program?
Sounds like your gradient end color may not be a true white.
It may appear white on screen but double check it...
