can't alphabetize my folders

When I open my folders in corel, they are alphabetized backwards. I have tried going into MY COMPUTER and opening my c drive and it shows the folders correctly under name. But when I am in corel, I open a folder and it shows z-a. When I right click in the folder screen, i choose to arrange by name and it puts them in the right order, but it doesn't save that setting. What have I clicked by mistake?

a - z

Open like you normally would, then RIGHT click in any white space, you will get a pop-up menu, click arrange icons by, then name. They should go back to "A to Z"

Tried that but they don't remain a-z. Go back or open another and it is still z-a. This is driving me crazy! Thanks for your help ...any other suggestions?
