Long story short I have never updated Versaworks and somehow lost almost all of my profiles including the ones that I used...LBV Lightweight Banner Vinyl (ESM) and GCVP Glossy Calendered Vinyl (ESM) as well as a couple others like cast premium etc...
I just spend a few hours updating my versaworks and am at version 5.2.2 (I was at 2.2.2)
The problem is that when I went in to set the Que A and Que B settings with the new profiles they are not there...
When I click on "Media"...then "Media Explorer" and try to import them it won't let me select any other file type other than "Roland Media File *.rml" and all of the new profiles seem to be ".icc" files....
Please help me as I need to be printing Monday morning and I do not know what to do from here...Thank you for any help given
