Capping Station

Capping Station

Falcon Outdoor 48, 6 color.

Is there a procedure to insure the capping station is seating properly to the heads?

I keep getting clogged nozzles on “K” and “C”, which is the left and center nozzles of the left print head. I am thinking it is because of not seating properly when parked allowing air in.

Tks.

I dont know about fine adjusting the position, Brad, but heres a tip - put your head in the down position when youre done for the day.

When I had my Mutoh the capping station never seated correctly to the heads. I had to manually push the heads over to seat them correctly and then put something heavy in front of them to hold them in place.

Well, yeah you can do that, but does the capping station actually move up any closer to the head? Did it seem to help doing that? To me, I looks like once the capping station meets the head, it's at the apex of it's arc of travel.
