Cargo Van Hinges

Hey guys what is the best way to deal with these hinges like what is on a Chevy savana. I just did one and I am not happy with how I went about the hinges on the right side of the van. Any tips would be cool.

are you speaking if covering the hinges or working around them? most shops I know don't cover hinges

No not to cover just to cut around nicely. When i make a square cut i am always left with slits on one side.

I cut a capital I. Then it splits at center and tucks back around. Just make sure you don't cut the paint
