cartridge turned upside down

Hello

Hello,
I have a problem with my machine Mutoh Valuejet 1604.
I have a young employee who installed the ink cartridges upside down (the color label facing down), and now I can not remove the cartridges from their location.
Do you have an idea to remove them and put them back in the right direction?
thank you

OMG

He must of rammed the cartridge in to get it stuck.
I reckon no matter what you do you are gonna damage something taking it out.
I have just had a look on an old cartridge and the pin that pierces the cartridges would be out of place and is propably bent if he has managed to get it all the way in!!!

Sorry I can't give you anymore help.

Send us some pictures?

No wages for him this month!!!

I've seen this happen once or twice. The only way to remove the cartridge without doing more damage is to disassemble the cartridge holder. This is not the easiest part to disassemble by far. Even if you get the cartridge out, like heyskull said, there may be damage to the needle and sensors. When I train my customers on new installs I tell them to always back the cartridge out if you feel resistance. Even a little bit of resistance is a sign that the cartridge is not in properly. It's an expensive mistake but I wouldn't be too hard on him. Like I said, I have seen this more than once. Just don't let him do it again!
