How do you guys move sheets around your shop? Do you just stack them on pallets? Use a drywall cart?

Here at FireSprint, we use modified rockler carts which you can get on Amazon.

Do you have an amazon link for the cart base? I like that alot and have immediate use as we are running around 15-30 48" x 96" x 3/4" acrylic sheets daily. Currently we are using a variety of carts and rolling tables which are okay but the pivot would make things alot safer.

This is sweet, thanks for sharing. Something like this would be super helpful for staging/loading between our flatbed printer and cutter.

Too bad we can't order it on Amazon here in Canada and it works out to be around $800 CDN with shipping if we buy direct. Time to make a knock-off me thinks.

I wonder if this would help:

Pretty slick.

How many 4x8s can you carry at a time or maybe how weight can it hold without tipping over ??

About 50 sheets of coro or 10-15 sheets of acm is what we'll put on the carts. They don't really tip over if they have full sheets on them, they just get too heavy to handle safely.

So, you aren't really taking advantage of the articulation of the table, but just using it as a push cart ?? Using 2 people to load your cargo, moving it and then 2 people to unload it.

Mostly we load and unload them flat, but flip them up vertically to roll them through the shop or store them for cutting at a later time. They take up less room that way. This is our workflow though, there are many options I would imagine.
