casual font

[The Vector Doctor]

I have tried whatthefont and whatfontis and almost always get a match. Anyone know the name of this one?

Or a suggestion for a similar one?

I know I've used something similar but I can't recall the font name or the job I used it on.

Sorry. I even looked through the first few pages of handwritten fonts on dafont (to no avail).

I got nothing, closest I found was one called "lindas-hand" in an old Master media cd and even that isn't cutting it.
