We have a Uniform Lancer Printer and a CE5000-120 plotter, using Wasatch softrip software, all of this was a package sold together. Both work fine but the problem we have is cutting a print to the registration marks. The plotter sometimes picks up the registration marks and cuts away quite happily, but mostly it refuses sometimes picks up one registration mark or maybe more and sometimes none. We thought for a while it was lights or sunlight and moved it but to no avail. Has anyone had problems like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
