Changeable Letters on flex face

Hey guys,

I'm redoing a double sided flex faces pylon sign, the face is 9'h x 12'w.

The customer wants a 3 lines changeable letters at the bottom of the face.

Whats the best way to attach the tracks onto the flex faces? is it even possible?

I was thinking of making a 30"x12' frame with a clear lexan with the tracks on it, then attach it to the sign but i'm not sure how good it will look or if there's going to be any shadow issues behind the changeable letters.

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance.

Interesting idea, but I doubt a good idea.
I would suggest cutting the height of flex face frame,
adding a permanent cross bar and having a rigid face for the tracks.
There are retro fit extrusion profiles that would make it doable.

Yea i think im going to have to cut the height of the frame and add a new frame at the bottom with white lexan, it's more work but it will look better.

Thanks
