Changeable Letters?

I have a customer that needs a new set of the changeable letters "alphabet" for their illuminated sign. I've bought them years ago, and remember them being ridiculously expensive but not who I bought them from; does anyone have a recommendation of who supplies them?

Gemini sells the .060 thick if that's what you mean by "expensive". Show the customer the price in the catalog, you get to knock 40% off. I figure $30 - $40 ups charges on top of that. You'll make a few dollars off the sale.

Thanks, just found them in my Gemini catalog. Forgot about them, even though they send me a catalog about once a month.

Any luck with finding these? I need numbers 4-5" overall height for store hours on a sign for a customer. All I am finding is kits with letters and not enough numbers. Any suggestions?

I was thinking about making them. But I need about 76 separate numbers. What would I use for substrate?

You can get those 300ct boxes of flex letters for quite a bit less than that from wholesale sources.

I would never use them with the standard lettertrack/pronto system though.

I couldn't find anything cheaper. But I didnt look very hard either, I checked a few online sites, and ebay. Plus I specifically wanted block style letters, I don't like the condensed ones even though they cost less. I also have lots of block style already, but needed to buy more because I'm finding myself running out of letters/numbers now that I'm renting out signs to more than one customer, and if i needed to mix and match letters then they would match my existing letters. :thumb:

Gotcha.
For possible future reference, we get them from S&S Signs in NC. They offer both condensed and block in most sizes.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind when i need more letters, as they seem to "disappear" from the signs sometimes, even though i have cages over the fronts.:help
