CHANNEL BENDER EX SENSOR 35

Hi Guys,
I recently bought an SDS Channel Bender EX, they installed it 3 weeks ago. Yesterday we were bending some coil, and suddenly the machine stopped and showed a message: "sensor35"
We called support and they told me to find the sensor with a Philips sd and twist it a little bit, then push back the metal piece, so it goes back to its place.
I am sorry for my ignorance but I had no idea what the technician was talking about. Has anyone had the same issue? I need to fix my machine soon, I have a lot of jobs pending.
Some advise will be appreciated, thanks
J

its most likely a photo-eye that you're looking for. a little doohicky that shines a red light to another dookicky, held in place by a phillips screw, somewhere in the path of where the metal coil travels to detect its position along the way. he wants you to loosen it so it wiggles back into its intended seated position, and tighten it so it stays firmly in place.

Thank you so much for your help. I think I have an idea now.
And if I can't fix it, I will follow the advise of staying in the phone until they assist me. But I appreciate your input.
