cheap flatbed plotters

Hi guys,
I make graphics for motocross and the thickness is 21 mil, at the moment we use a summa 160t, but failing to make the through cut we are looking for a solution for a flatbed cutting plotter under € 25,000 also because we will use it only for graphics and we don't need too much strength.

The Mimaki CF2 in the lab at school runs well. This week I was cutting Omega board with the reciprocating knife. Weird control interface though and Rasterlink 6 is well...Rasterlink.
The CF2-912 would fit your price range. I would ask for a demo before committing.
