CHEAP Label/Stickers? Large Quantity Needed.

Hey guys...
I don't know why, but once we get into the cheap cheap cheap market, I have no idea where to go. We have a REALLY good customer who's opening another restaraunt/fast food style deal, who wants to have some sort of 2-color paper label/stickers 2.5"x2.5" round to put onto just about everything from coffee cups to bags, etc.

QTY would be around 10,000-20,000 with two pantone colors.

Paper or vinyl label, either is fine. But they want to be around $0.05 RETAIL.

What's the best method? They are also wanting some bigger 5" stickers in 10,000 qty. Same two pantone as the other. If someone here can do them I'd prefer to keep them in the family. Digital printed on the roland doesn't seem like a priceworthy option - and they can be provided in strips OR rolls.

Stouse recommends FlexoPrinting them on Glossy paper sticker...has anyone done this before? If so, how was print quality?

Print quality is excellent, the roll labels are dang convenient.

Stouse will send you samples, they're cool like that.

Ask them to send you a sample if you have time. I have been pleased with their products for 10-15 years.

Not sure if you ever thought about doing it this way.

You can get 2.5" circle 12 to a page>1000 sheets > about $120
So 12000 circle decal not laminated but laser printed with toner for under $200. If you did 20,000 you could buy the laser printer $320 Dell 2150cn and still make a few hundread on the job.

Print full color and set up the file and go.

To guess a bit what 1000 sheets takes to print would be 30 to 40 min.

I always got caught up in thinking that everything needed to be done on the solvent printer but some times it just isn't for the job.

Just another option.
