Another problem, on a yellow head leaking during printing, and when you move the head to look around at the bottom it is drops

You need reset the counter in Maintenance Mode. To enter this mode, switch printer off, then press and hold the [F1] key, [F3] key and [MENU ↑] key simultaneously. While holding down these keys, press the [POWER] key.

I know that somewhere in Maintenance Mode, but I can not find exactly where. I tried Conter clear, but nothing happened

New to the forum but suffering the same problem on a Rockhopper Extreme 3. I've googled endlessly and while there appears there is a solution nobody has actually posted what it is! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
