I got to see one in Charlotte NC at the NBM show a few weeks ago. Nice looking machine and for the first time in many many years Mimaki has updated the control panel - it now has a color screen and is a bit different. The print quality was excellent and they have some nice new features. Also got to see their newest flatbed in action which is also very nice at a very attractive price point. The new solvent machines come in two series - the 150 and the 300 series. The primary difference is the 300 series are dual head with much greater speed. Of course the JV ones are print only and the CJV are print/cut.
Just Installed
We just got our CJV150 installed two weeks ago, I am very happy with the printer and prints are good in my opinion. We went with White+Silver as we want to try if there would be a market for them (will give it 6months) if not we bite the expense of flushing all the lines to convert back to a different inkset.
