CJV30-160 DX5 printhead replacement question, please help!

I have a cjv30-160, and the right black channel is FUBAR. I'm going to replace the head with an original mimaki p/n m007947.

Do I need to replace the memory PCB as well? can I reuse the original one?

I've read conflicting stories on this, and need to know before I buy a printhead.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just buy a printer head, reuse the original memory PCB.

The OEM head comes with the memory on it already.
