CJV30-60 Printing failure

Hello everyone.
I need help.
I bought a Mimaki CJV30-60 used.
But it prints using Illustrator CS3 with FineCut 7.5 and the Rasterlink 5SG.
The print will have a failure, as in the photo.
I have not found how to fix it
Was made several cleanings
Has as leave the machine in adjusting the LCD factory?
