hi, I'm having trouble with my cjv30-130, I did a complete discharge wash routine, all good, but when I was asked to reset the cartridges it won't recognise the cartridge in the #6 bay. I can swap the yellow cartridge over and they both register in the #5 bay, so I assume it's not the chip (they are all still in date). Any thoughts would be appreciated.
