cleaning cartiage

I miss and did something in the menu on vj1204 now wen i start it is asking for the cleaning cart, but i have 4 put when i put them in it is giving me a readerr. How can i take it off so i can put in the ink cart?

I get the problem sorted. I call mutoh and a tech help me.
