cleaning rails?

I have a VJ 1614. I can easily reach and clean the top rail and 2 front rails, but I cant reach the bottom rail too well. Is there a tool or something to easily reach the bottom rail? I can get to parts of it, but the rollers keep my fingers from being able to slide across it.

Try to use a clean stick it worked for me...
