Hi All. This is a new one for us. We make clear acrylic signs all the time and also rear mounted graphics on clear acrylic but we have been asked to quote on a particular job. Essentially we will manufacture 4 clear acrylic 1/8" and 1/4" pieces measuring 48" x 96" comprising on a header panel and multiple sandwiches plexi photo frames and name plates whereby photos can be switched out on demand.
However, they have requested that these panels be back lighted. I've been looking at various options and would love some opinions on the best way to achieve this bearing in mind the panels are clear. Create a custom cabinet or mount a light diffusing film on the back of each panel. Suggestions would be great. Thank you!
