clear screen protector for I phone

I have a friend in the screen printing biz who has to quote supplying these to a customer. Anybody out there know what this material actually is?

I got one with a phone protector I bought for my phone and I couldn't figure out what it was as it did not have a permanent adhesive and could be put on and taken off continually. (well until I screwed it up and tossed it lol..and to think I am an experienced applicator doh!!!)

I've made some out of clear cling but after 3 years with an iphone, I see no need to protect the screen. the glass is pretty resistant to a lot and it looks better with out an extra layer on it.
