Color Issues on Falcon Outdoor I and Flexi7

I have color issues again on the Falcon with Flexi 7.

I printed a perfect sample of every color last week when I installed Flexi on a new computer and now this week it seems like every color that needs yellow is coming out as magenta. I tried switching back to the old computer thinking it might be a corrupt file in Flexi but same shit is going down.

In the past few months I've replaced:

Both Print Heads
Capping Station
Ink

The wiper blade definitely needs to be replaced but everything else appears to be working properly... All dampers are full of nice looking ink. Lol

Alright performed a nozzle check on the Falcon diagnostics... Can't upload the photo because I can't find the cord for the camera. Lol

Here's how the colors look:
Lm = Pink
M = Magenta
Lc = Baby Blue
C = True Blue
Y = Orange
K = Black w/ some horizontal white lines

Well it's definitely cross contamination... I put a flash light on the capping station and the yellow is turning green on one side... And the yellow damper looks pretty dark. -_-

How do you keep the pads on the capping station from swelling? Should I replace it again now? It's brand new...

Does the damper absolutely have to be replaced or can I just take it out and pump everything out of it with a syringe?

Thanks for the help.

Robert @ signagespecialist.com informed me that the problem is with the new Mutoh ink causing the capping station pads to bloat.

And you don't need to replace your dampers, just clean them out with a syringe.

They were really easy to talk to and appear to have cheaper prices then CMYKparts (who I have had trouble communicating with), here is their website for ordering online: www.solventinkjet.com

BIG BIG Thank you to those people. ^_^
