We recently decommissioned our falcon outdoor printer. I thing I have some new spare color print heads. We have the entire machine except the main board available for parts.

I hear ya. Unfortunately the prices on those heads have been rising because Epson, who manufactures the heads, is getting ready to discontinue making them. I wouldn't be surprised that by the end of the year you can't find most parts for those machines that aren't used.
