Computer restarts automatically: Flexi 8.5

Hello

My machine is getting restarted automatically. I am using a 128 MB RAM. Yes, this might seem to be the obvious reason of the issue, but I have been using the same RAM for quite some time now.

Anybody has come across similar issue? I so wish it is a simple RAM size issue and a bigger RAM solves my problem.
