Nice step by step, but you need to pay attention to your baselines, especially on that second line of copy.

Looks pretty good, but I have to agree, quite a few of the letters look crooked, not sure if it's the angle the photo is taken at, but it was the first thing I saw.

Yea... I think that's more of the angle then anything. The letters are about 1/2" thick, plus stand off the stucco a little. Angle makes them look more off, plus the shadows
