We have a Latex 700 and I updated my PC to Windows 11, but it seems that the driver isn't compatible. Postershop can detect the printer but says its off or disconnected and Windows just says driver is unavailable but I can access the web server for the printer. If anybody has any solutions I'm open to try anything before contacting any kind of customer support. Thanks

Update the Onyx printer driver using the Onyx Printer and Profile Download Manager app.
there is no OS driver for any Latex printer, only RIP-based drivers.

I had the same with 22.5
Had to downgrade to 22.0 for now with no other solution.

I called Onyx support and they had a driver patch for 22.5 that they had to install that fixed the issue.
