I had a vs-640 that was contour cutting stickers just fine but unfortunately it's down with a print head issue. IThe vs-640 was printing and cutting stickers just fine but when I switched to my sp-540 or my vg-540 the round decals I am printing/cutting want to shify with an uneven cut around the edge. What is the trick to getting this to align correctly?

I switched to Mimaki about 3 years ago, but I do remember there is a Print/Cut alignment you can do, have you tried that?
Also if the cut is off only on 1 side or in the center, I found allowing the media to cool and then cut with little to no heat helped to solve this issue.
