Contour Cut not following where it should

I did the Print-Cut adjust and it needed a -.5 and feed needed a +.1\
So I did that and nothing changed.
Still off the same amount

Then I did some reading on it and cleaned the encoder strip.
Still off the same amount

Still the same problem


Anything else to try?

No. But I will try that now!

there are 2 print to cut adjustments.
1 print then cut no crop marks in the normal menu.
2 cut alignment to crop marks normally in the service menu.
