Contour Cut Question Roland, Flexi, Versaworks

I design in Flexi, I cut on my Roland Versacamm but many time when I cut out decals the contour cut does not cut all around the decal ... very frustrating. I can see it in versaworks the "marching ants" do not go all around the decal

In VersaWorks. In Queue settings under file format you need to have a margin set in EPS setting. Check to see if you have anything there. John

What does that margin adjustment do? Ours is 0.00in and we never have issues?
