Conversion from .fs to .eps, .gif

Good afternoon everyone,

I am trying to get a logo to work with my program. However, the logo is in a .fs file type. I need the file to be in a GIF, PDF, EPS, or other raster file type that can be digitized, but I do not have Flexi software. Would anybody on here be able to convert the file for me? I would very much appreciate it.
