Convert [Port1]

I am printing 13 banners on my mutoh falcon outdoor, after 50 banners printed, the printer stopped and the message was "Convert [Port1]", what does this mean?

I turned off the printer, went in to Intercon, right clicked the printer, hit restart, and refresh 3 different times. Turned the printer back on, ripped and print (only 3-banners), and hit send. It worked. Too many little issues, can ruin a day! Thanks
