Convex Wasatch Profile?

Has anyone got or made a profile for printing Convex matte Inkjet vinyl on our Valuejet 1604?
I have tried a few but they are not very dense in the colours.

Surely someone has used there VJ to print onto convex matte material.
I am having to use a previous profile but set it to overprint so to get more ink down on this matte material.
The only problem now is everything is too dark!
