Corel Draw to Versawork and VP 540i

Hi guys,

I seem to behaving problems with ink saturation be too much using Corel Draw and VErsaworks. I use 3m 180 and aver 1005. I can export in rgb or cmyk and it just seems to lay down too much ink.
Using PCV2, 1005 profile and 180 profile. Makes vinyl tacky and aggressive on install even after three days outgassing.
Any tips?

I run Corel to Versaworks and use Premium Wrap Vinyl profile every time for Avery and 3M.
Never have too much saturation.

Do you know what export profile you are using in corel and is it rgb or cmyk?
