Creating a transparency in Flexi 10... or, NOT?

Alright Laddies & Lasses! I've searched the forums until me eyes began to cross!
The Owner of my company is trying to create a simple transparent panel in Flexi 10.02 and having NO luck.
When we go to effects, "Lens" isn't there as it was in older versions apparently. Does anyone have any thoughts on where we might find the transparent lens option?

It's there on mine. I am running 10.5 though. Not sure if there is a difference. I thought I remember using it on 10.1 an up. Good luck

Update...

Just heard from Flexi Worldwide on Facebook: "

The Lens effect is only available in certain levels of Flexi - FlexiSIGN-PRO, FlexiPRINT-SERVER, FlexiPRINT and FlexiDESIGNER. To see what level you have, open Flexi and go to Help > About."

So, There ya go. ​
