Crop Mark Error

Hey Guys
i have a roland XC-540 and when i print laminate and then try to cut it reads the first crop mark but then the media moves up or down slowly and wont read the 2nd crop mark. it has also done this on just print and cut.

Any Suggestions?

Make sure you line up the front two crop marks over the Cutting Protection Strip of the XC. You may have the media skewed just enough to be out or tolerance.

yeah i ususally do that too and line up the lines with the top of the media clamp
