Custom Die Cut Coro?

Anyone know a company that'll do custom cuts? Specifically, we're looking for the fastest turn around time possible - price takes a backseat to speed in this case. Signs'll be 6mil or 8mil, 30" x 36", complex shape. Vector would be provided by us.

We are die makers and cutters. What is the quantity? That will determine if they should be die cut or digitally cut. We do both.

10x of each, 1st one is an oval, 30" tall x 38" wide, sides of oval to those dimensions.

2nd one is a custom cut bumblebee, with shape of sign TBD by vector (when its done), approx same size.

I understand it's low quantities - part of the problem.

At that amount, why don't you just find someone locally with a CNC machine and pay the price, especially if cost isn't a major factor.

We can do this for you pretty easily. I need to see the file for the bumblebee before I can quote you. At this quantity, we would digitally cut on a Kongsberg, we wouldn't die cut until 100 pcs+. We are in York, PA.. My supplier only carries 6mm and 10mm.. Do you think you have any flexibility on thickness? I assume white?
