Need Help Custom shaped piece

I need a quote for cutting out this shape. Approximate size is 44" x 14.5". The main substrate is a piece of Dark Bronze Dibond which I currently have. My client wants it to have a dimensional aspect so I was thinking of bonding it to a 1/2" thick piece of foam core or PVC. It is an indoor office sign.

you will have to use a CNC router for this instead of a laser.

If there are wanting a dimensional look, I would use stand-off mounts on the backing.

Who on here has a CNC router that would cut this out for me?

We use Todd Engraving in Covington, KY. Not sure how far you are away in Indiana, but they do a great job.
