Had a customer several months back who wasted copious amounts of my time. Multiple site visits to bid on jobs that they ended up installing themselves. I ended up selling them some acrylic post-mounted letters to install on their million dollar condo buildings and was hoping to never hear from them again. Today I received some images from the customer, saying the letters were all up and they look great. I'm speechless...

Dab some black on those screws and it will look professional

Exactly. These are dark brown post mounted acrylic 3/8" thick. I supplied all the posts, drill pattern, and install instructions. They did this instead, and basically destroyed the letters.

No idea, it's all crap...as pictured above. I don't think they care what it is as long as it has alcohol in it.
