Cut Alignment goes out on rows of same label

Hey Guys,

I am using a Mimakin CJV 30-100 with Rasterlink 5 and Fine Cut.
When I print multiples of the same label, the first line or two cuts perfect and then from there the cut starts to go out, to the left down. I have been priting and cutting this specific size and shape for multiple different customers for many years, and it started giving me problems last few weeks. if I put a few different labels on one sheet it cuts every single one perfect. Ive done the cut alignment on the machine settings, also perfect. If I print and cut only one line of labels, comes perfect, but if I do any more starts going out of wack in line 2.
the label is 146 x 46mm and I print and cut 100 at a time, so 20 in a line, and 5 lines.
Using same vinyl ive always used. My pinch rollers are new, about 2-3 months I changed them all out this year. (the cut problems did not present straight after I changed the pinch rollers, thats new)

Please help!

above is good advice, but it doesn't explain why some are cutting nicely and some aren't. Are you using registration marks? if so, try making them absurdly sized, say 50mm, and see if that helps. Make sure you're on 4-point rego check too.

When belts and pulleys are not ok or loose, there are backslash errors. Begin cuting ok, but the errors go in increase every time it goes fordward and returns. if u want to do a quick check before opening the machine, just add a big weight with tape to the hanging vynil. If the result is better or perfect, just check belts and tight 4 and the other pulley

Yeah that's a good point. Also, if this is the culprit, there will be a visual cue of bits of rubber below the slipping belt. I've had this happen before, but only on the scan motor, not the feed.

Hi,

No im not using registration marks, im using the print and cut function, I export to rasterlink directly from corel draw with finecut.
I dont even know where that part is that needs to be tightened?

I saw on another feed to just use toe forward and backward button to feed the material fast, the feed motor is not making any funny noises or stopping or anything, it feeds rally smooth really fast forward and backwards
