Cut Line Off

when cutting on my sp-540v i ALWAYS have a problem with the cut line being off...look at this picture and tell me what you think i need to do?

Maybe check the rollers? I know we had issues with our cut lines being off. A roller on one side was bad and we replaced it and still had an issue... it wasn't until we replaced the roller on the opposite side as well and it worked fine. Apparently it is best to replace all the rollers at the same time to make sure it is grabbing the substrate properly along the entire width. Any slippage will cause the cut not to line up.
