Cut misalignment on XR-640

Our brand new VS540i cuts seem to be off more than our 10 year old sp300v.

I have to use all pinch rollers on everything. I'm running 10mm/s slow cut speed. Seems the FEED gets further and further off as it print/cuts row by row without removing from printer...any suggestions?

Are you cutting rolls of sheets?

I would recommend taking the piece you just printed and re-rolling it tightly onto a core. Re-load and feed it through the machine for cutting.

Hi so I am using an XR-640 and Versaworks and one main issue that we are having is that the alignment of the cutlines is off. I did a Print-Cut Alignment and the cut lines sit perfectly into the square. But when I do a set of laminated decals that has a print area of about 52"x 40" the cutlines is off about 1mm up to .125". And another odd thing is that sometimes the beginning and the end of the set are completely off but the middle rows are perfectly cut. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Hi
On the Printer, go into menu / CuttingMenu / print-cut adj / test print 2
After printed pattern and cutting, put in the values that you will find according to the test as adjusted values. Then it will work fine. Have made 4meters prints, taking them out and laminated, back into printer for cutting with absolutely no problem!
