I keep having issues with CM4 losing connection to my Graphtec FC9000. It is set to static IP and all that is correct. The problem is; it will randomly drop the IP connection in CM4, but the computer can still ping the plotter. If I change the connection in CM4 it can establish connection once, then it drops on second test. Sometimes, just changing the IP will correct the problem, other times is will not. Sometimes, rebooting all systems corrects, other times not. I have multiple cases filed with Graphtec but have not received a response. The issue will occur from multiple devices which have access to the plotter. Does anyone know? Is it an IT issue? Is it app issue?
