Cutting Issues on UCJV300

We've had our UCJV for almost 2 years now, running mostly print and cut stickers. For the first year and a half, we had almost no issues. Once we had the machine figured out, we could run jobs all day long with confidence. In December, one day we were suddenly not able to cut through our regular Drytac Polar Choice 3. No amount of new blades or added pressure would cut through. Eventually we got a new cutting head, replaced the pen-line/cut-strip, we've tried cheap blades and expensive blades and we still can't get back to where we were 6 months ago. We are able to cut through vinyl again but we can spend hours dialing in settings for a job, run it perfectly, and if the next job is a different shape, has clear ink, or any small change, it will probably go back to cutting like garbage.

It feels like we have tried everything. We have tried different angles of blade, new blade holders, more blade sticking out, less blade sticking out (credit card thickness as a baseline). We have adjusted our cut speed, pressure, played with almost all of the settings in the cut menu on the panel. How is it possible that we ran it for 18 months perfectly and now we can barely cut a decent sticker?

The biggest issues are that with our normal settings stickers don't pop out and we get rough edges. We've been having better luck with higher pressure and a 60 deg blade but then we get saw-tooth edges or terrible corners. We are wasting hours of time and loads of material at this point when we need to be able to just hit print and walk away.

Any help would be appreciated.
