Cutting Issues

Silvertip

Greetings to those working on a Saturday!
I have a new issue that I am hoping someone knows the solution. I have recently installed a new workstation computer. I primarily use Signlab 9.1 to cut/plot simple graphics. I have my computers (2) both using one plotter a graphtec FC 8600.
Before the new computer I could send graphics from signlab to be cut on the graphtec with no issue. Now, the new station cuts everything 4 times larger than it should. a 1 inch square will cut out at a size 4 inch square. I have copied all the settings from the computer that still works correctly to the new workstation as well as the drivers and I just cannot seem to get it to work correctly.
My guess is that is is probably an issue in Signlab and not the Graphtec but at this point I just don't know.
Anyone out there run into this?
Wishin I could go back to bed but I have a Monday deadline....
Thanks all!

Normal reason for that is the step value being set wrong in the driver. But no nothing of signlab controls

Finally I found it-Thank you! I had to edit the resolution size in the set-up to 254. For anyone else-Signlab/Plotter setup/plotter options/Resolution
Mine was defaulted at 1016. Not sure why but that is what caused it to enlarge x 4.
Not bad for a Monday!
