Anybody cutting 10-mil Lexan (Gerber LexEdge II) with a Gerber plotter and keeping within a .005" tolerance?
I can't seem to get my plotters to cut even within a .05" margin. I'm starting to believe that it is the material and not the plotters since it happens on all of them. How do you get around this issue?
