cyan casting a blue shadow on everything - please help

Hi I have a soljet pro 2 545ex and have the cyan casting a blue shadow on all text and pictures.

I have attached a image to show an example.

I have installed a new encoder strip, done what calibrations I know of, googled everything i could, Have talked to my rep here and nothing has helped.

it seems like all the print heads are not aligned correctly? what can i do to align them?

unless this was rotated, it looks like one of the cyans horizontal alignment is WAY off, usually caused by a heckuva head crash.
good news if it's horizontal, no tools are needed, it's an electronic adjustment.

Service menu->head adjust->horizontal->test print.
should show the cyan is over a good 10 ticks from lining up with the black.
