Damaged USB security key for Omega Composer

Hello peeps, I am running Composer software from Omega to run our 60" Summa plotter.It has a security USB dongle which has been damaged and is just holding on by a thread... actually it's duct taped to the computer so it won't move. I am desperately seeking a replacement without having to buy a new licence. The vendor will send me a temporary replacement and we would send the original for repair ($700) ouch! Any advice or help would be much appreciated!
