dampers on falcon

I just wanted to know if someone knew how to fill the dampers.
Okay i did a head wash and the 3 of 6 dampers got fill the black, pink, blue didn't. I want to see if anyone know how to do this? thanks

Force feed fluid out with a syringe be careful not to puncher the thin blatter though.

Make sure that the print heads are all the way over to the right side and sealed on to the the maintenance station(you may have to have someone push it a little bit and hold it there.
Use a syringe to pull ink from the 2 tubes that go into the waste tank bottle. You will be drawing the ink from the carts all the way to the wast bottle so this may take a little time but it will get there. Once you see ink coming out of those lines you have pulled ink all the way through. Check the dampers to make sure that they have ink in them and you should be good to go.

Enter diagnostic mode (Cleaning, Menu and Shift while Powering On)
Machine will display DIAG EXAM
Press the Menu button once
Machine will display DIAG ADJST
Press the Enter button once
Machine will check material size then display:
ADJST HOME
Press Enter once
Machine will adjust it's home position then display a number
Press Enter to accept the home position then press Menu once
Machine will display ADJST HEAD RANK
Press Enter all the way through the head rank menu (about 6 times)
Then the machine will display FILL BK and COLOR
Press ENTER
Machine may prompt you to change the waste tank if so change it
If not it will proceed with the fill for about 10 minutes.
When ADJST CHK NOZZLES is displayed the fill is finished.
